Requires tenant to pay overdue rent or vacate the property

Notice period in Alaska: 7 days
Alaska Requirements
✓ Minimum notice period: 7 days
✓ Must be in writing and addressed to the tenant by name
✓ Must include the specific reason for the notice
✓ Must state the exact amount of rent owed and the period it covers
✓ Must include the landlord's name and signature
✓ Must include the date the notice is served
✓ Must be properly delivered (in person, posted on door, or certified mail)
